However, your safety and your care results are always our priority.
Just as a dentist routinely uses an x-ray to show what lies beneath the surface, chiropractors may need to take an x-ray of your spine to fully understand your unique spinal structure and how best to deal with it.
X-rays enable our chiropractors to help rule out serious pathology, determine the extent of spinal degenerative changes/arthritisor instabilities in your spine and study your case in deep detail in order to decide upon the most effective course of care.
Regardless, before we start we always have a number of important entry criteria to satisfy before we can accept any case in our office:
Firstly, we would want to know that your condition is chiropractic-based.
Secondly, that it is safe to adjust your spine and
Thirdly, that we could significantly help you by doing so.
We don’t want to waste your time or money with unnecessary care
We care about getting you the best results possible.
X-rays can help greatly in making sure you are receiving the right care for the right reasons.
If taken, your x-rays will be analysed and shown to you in easy-to-understand terms by our chiropractors so that you may be fully informed about the state of your spine and the options available to you to properly address any problems detected.
Please note that any past imaging or reports are always useful to bring in to our chiropractors
for retrospective analysis, comparison and review.
