The "gap" is the difference between the consultation fee and the amount your health fund rebates. For example, if a $60 standard visit attracts a $33 rebate, your gap payment would be $27. This is the amount you pay at the time of your visit.

Yes, we offer prepaid visit packages for patients on structured treatment plans. The key thing to know is our refund policy: any unused sessions are refunded in full. There is no lock-in, and you are never penalised for not using all prepaid visits.

We believe in transparent care. If your condition resolves faster than expected or your circumstances change, your unused credit is returned to you. Full terms and conditions are provided before any package purchase.

Annual limits reset on 1 January each year. Unused amounts do not carry over.
