Dr Sam Johnson (Chiropractor) is the Principal Chiropractor and Clinic Director at Stapleton Chiropractic, a family chiropractic practice in Plympton Park that has served Adelaide and surrounding suburbs for over 50 years.
He takes an evidence-informed, patient-centred approach to care, working with people experiencing back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, postural concerns, and other musculoskeletal issues. Every patient receives a thorough assessment and clear explanation of findings before any care begins.

Originally from Port Macquarie, New South Wales, I relocated to Adelaide in 2014 after completing my studies and beginning my career in a small coastal practice. A visit to Adelaide, and to what is now my clinic, quickly felt like the right fit. In 2021, I stepped into the role of Clinic Director, continuing the legacy of a practice that has proudly supported the local community for over 50 years.
Clinically, my interests include paediatric care, sports chiropractic, cold laser therapy (photobiomodulation), and care for older adults, allowing me to work with patients across all stages of life. I am motivated by seeing how evidence-informed chiropractic assessment and management can support movement, comfort, and day-to-day function for individuals and families.
Outside the clinic, I have embraced Adelaide's lifestyle, particularly its beaches, festivals, and cafe culture, which has become a personal favourite thanks to my passion for great coffee.
Above all, I am driven by a strong sense of professional purpose: to deliver thoughtful, ethical, and patient-centred care. I look forward to meeting you and working together to support your health and movement goals.
